You had a reverse zone added to the allowlist by F5
You have created your zone with correct PTR records
You have activated your zone
When you do a reverse lookup from F5 nameservers, they resolve without issue
You're unable to do a reverse lookup from any DNS provider outside F5

Cause
You have not updated your registrar to point to our F5's nameservers
Resolution
You need to go to your domain name registrar and there you can change your nameservers to point into F5's nameservers (ns1.f5cloudservices.com and ns2.f5cloudservices.com)
